Where Wellness Meets Adventure

I’ve been on a journey merging wellness with adventure since 2014. I've found a unique rhythm splitting my time between Portugal and the UK. In Baleal, Portugal, I've established a treatment space catering to 1:1 clients, offering personalized sessions. Beyond the treatment room, I'm weaving wellness into festivals and private events, introducing a blend of massage, acupuncture, yoga, and breathwork. Excitingly, I've expanded my scope to curate bespoke surf, hiking, and adventure experiences in the Peniche/Baleal area… for those who want a more adventure/wellness focus to your typical stag or hen.

My Journey Through Wellness

  • Yoga & Wellness: My journey began training at Cam Yoga in Cambridge. I started teaching at yoga surf/wellness camps across the UK, Portugal, and Morocco. Soon after, Itchi Feet was born, hosting tailored wellness retreats around Morocco, France and Portugal.

  • Sport & Injury Rehabilitation: I expanded my expertise beyond yoga, delving into massage from Cornwall to Cardiff. Specializing in sports massage and injury rehab, I set up treatment rooms and clinics, including at Gym Project Falmouth.

  • One-on-One Coaching: To better support people and their bodies, I obtained a personal training qualification and studied acupuncture for sporting injuries at the London School of Osteopathy.

  • Global Influence: My work has taken me to various corners of the world – UK, Portugal, Morocco, France and Sweden. I taught yoga and provided treatments at yoga Yama Stockholm and worked as a masseuse at the Ett Hemm boutique hotel. Back in Cornwall, I continued with treatments, yoga, and breathwork at The Scarlet hotel.

  • Ayurvedic & Holistic Approach: Embracing a holistic perspective, I pursued Advanced yoga (500hr) and Ayurvedic training in India. Integrating these practices has allowed me to create diverse well rounded healing for those I work with.

  • Expanding in Portugal: Settling in Portugal, I provide physical therapy treatments, yoga, and personal training services, contributing to the well-being of those I meet.
